Una de las tantas canciones que se me quedaron grabadas una vez al ver una peli y se cayó en el olvido. Después de muchos años, la volví a oir por la radio en una tienda. Me fue imposible averiguar quien la cantaba ni el nombre de la canción, pero necesitaba encontrarla.

Después de cantarla a todos los que conocía no sé quien me dijo que era una película romántica (de esas que siempre olvido) donde salían Mary Stuart Masterson y Christian Slater. La película se llamaba Bed of Roses y se tradujo a nuestro idioma por Mil Ramos de Rosas.

Me metí en la página de la película y busqué todas las canciones que aparecían en la película hasta que di con ella.

La canción fue número uno en 1995 y luego, Scarlet cayó en el más absoluto de los olvidos. La historia de la música se compone a base de gente que fue poniendo ladrillos de uno en uno, y en contadas ocasiones en auténticos albañiles que levantan muros completos.

Me recuerda momentos en los que era inocente, y eso me gusta. Todavía creía en el amor de manera romántica. Joder, como pasa el tiempo.
